Average - Open to learning but may need encouragement to step out of comfort zone

Below Average - Somewhat resistant to change, prefers familiar approaches

Poor - Fixed mindset, resistant to feedback and new approaches

Resilience & Stress Management

Excellent - Bounces back quickly from setbacks, maintains positive attitude under pressure

Good - Handles stress well, recovers from setbacks with some support

Average - Manages normal stress levels, may struggle with major setbacks

Below Average - Shows signs of stress easily, takes time to recover from setbacks

Poor - Easily overwhelmed by stress, struggles significantly with rejection or setbacks

Goal Orientation & Drive

Excellent - Sets ambitious goals, highly motivated, demonstrates strong drive for success

Good - Sets clear goals, shows consistent motivation and effort

Average - Has some goals, motivation varies, may need external push

Below Average - Goals are vague, inconsistent motivation, reactive rather than proactive
