Your listing is scored from 0 to 100. Here is the breakdown of how to maximize your score:
Visual Excellence
Max 40 Points- 1-4 Photos: 10 Pts
- 5-9 Photos: 20 Pts
- 10+ Pro Photos: 40 Pts
Content Depth
Max 30 Points-
Description Length:
Write more than 500 characters to unlock 15 points. -
Amenities:
List more than 5 features (Pool, Gym, Smart Home) for 15 points.
Investment Data
Max 30 Points-
ROI Keywords:
Use terms like “Cap Rate,” “Yield,” or “Tenant-occupied” (15 pts). -
Floor Plans:
Upload a 2D/3D Floor Plan to instantly gain 15 pts.
4. Power-Ups: Streaks & Multipliers
The most successful Bounty Hunters don't just list once; they stay consistent.
The Listing Streak
Keep at least one active listing on the platform every month. Every 3 months of consistency increases your Permanent Multiplier (e.g., 1.2x, 1.5x).
The Elite Multiplier
If your Average Portfolio Score is above 90, you unlock the 2.0x Super Multiplier, effectively doubling the value of all your shares.
5. Your Command Center
On your Agent Dashboard, you will see the live Creator Pool Widget. Watch this closely:

The Live Pot:
A ticking clock showing the total dollar amount currently in the monthly pool. -
Projected Payout:
A real-time estimate of your check based on your current shares and multipliers. -
Top Hunters:
A leaderboard of the top 5 agents. Beat them to claim the highest status on the platform. -
Instant Feedback:
If your listing is missing something, the dashboard tells you exactly what to do (e.g., 'Upload 2 more photos to earn +1 share').
6. Pro-Tips for Maximum Payouts
1 Don't Settle for 70
If your score is 75, you are only earning 1 share. Spending 5 minutes to add a better description or a floor plan could move you to 90+, doubling your income for that listing.
2 Monitor the Multiplier
Your multiplier is applied to your ENTIRE share count. Protecting your 'Streak' is the fastest way to significant passive income.
3 Use the Marketing Kit
Once you hit 'Investment Grade' (90+), download your Certified Global Exposure PDF. Use this to show sellers that their property is now being prioritized in an exclusive international network.
The Rules of Engagement
- Active Only Only listings with a status of 'Active' earn shares. Drafts or expired listings do not count.
- Verification & Quality Listings that use fake photos or deliberately incorrect data to game the AI will be manually flagged. All shares for that month will be forfeited.
- Payout Cycle The pool is calculated on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM and distributed to your wallet within the first 7 days of the following month.
