The MREA Business Model
This is the brain of your dashboard. LyncHub uses the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) economic model to reverse-engineer your daily activities.
How to configure:
- Annual Net Income Goal: Enter your desired 'take-home' profit goal.
- Expenses: Enter your Cost of Sales (splits) and Operating Expenses (marketing/rent). Standard MREA is 30% for each.
- Conversion Rates: Adjust rates like 'Appointment-to-Listing %' based on your history. If unsure, leave the industry standard defaults.
Once saved, the system auto-calculates your GCI Goal, Units Needed, and Leads Required. These numbers fuel your Growth Engine dashboard.
Team Management
Located in the Members & Invitations tab. Manage who has access to your data and what they can do.
- Admin Full access to settings, billing, and team management.
- Manager Can view team performance and reassign leads.
- Agent Can only view their own assigned leads, deals, and tasks.
Invite: Enter email, select role, and click 'Send Invitation'. They receive a unique link.
Manage: Admins can change roles dynamically via the dropdown or remove members using the trash icon.
Sales Pipelines

- Click Add Stage to create steps like 'Inspection', 'Appraisal', or 'Doc Signing'.
- Drag and drop stages to reorder them to match your workflow.
- Use the 'Set as Default' button to choose which pipeline is used automatically for new deals.
